Einar Oftedal

Einar Oftedal is recognized for leading teams to reach their full potential and for his passion in building talent across public and private. Before joining RSAC, he built Crosspoint Labs, the technical arm of Crosspoint Capital, guiding initiatives from due diligence to transformation. He continues this work at RSAC focusing on innovation and growth. Previously, as Vice President at Symantec, NortonLifeLock and Blue Coat Einar scaled global engineering, research, and security teams, driving innovation and emerging technologies. He played a central role in strengthening Norway’s National Security Authorities and helped establish the Norwegian National CERT. With extensive M&A experience on both sides of the table, he connects strategy with opportunities for organic and inorganic expansion.
