Angelos Keromytis joined DARPA as a Program Manager in July 2014. His research interests include computer systems, network security and cryptography. Prior to DARPA, he served as Program Director at the National Science Foundation (NSF), where he was responsible for the Secure and Trustworthy Cyberspace (SaTC) program. Prior to NSF, Keromytis was an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Columbia University. Keromytis holds a BS in computer science from the University of Crete, an MS in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania. He has published over 250 articles in refereed journals, conferences and workshops. He is Co-Inventor on 46 issued patents and is a Fellow of the ACM and the IEEE.
