Doreen Riepel is a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Mihir Bellare at the University of California San Diego. Her research focuses on public-key cryptography and more specifically on the design of cryptographic protocols and their provable security. She completed her PhD in cryptography under the supervision of Eike Kiltz at Ruhr University Bochum (RUB), Germany, where she was part of the DFG Cluster of Excellence "Cyber Security in the Age of Large-Scale Adversaries" (CASA).
