Deputy Associate Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
Don Benack is Deputy Associate Director of Vulnerability Management for the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). As a trusted advisor in government, he established and led the Nation's first civilian Federal-wide cybersecurity risk assessment program, and is known for driving process improvement, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering security best practices. A seasoned professional with decades of federal and civilian cyber experience, Benack has contributed to several government reports, whitepapers, and initiatives and now partners with others across government and critical infrastructure to reducing risk and increase national resilience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Buffalo.
