Devon Jorlett

Devon is Principal Engineer, Fraud Technology at TD Bank, helping shape architecture and innovation across the bank’s fraud Prevent, Detect, and Respond portfolio. With more than 12 years in fraud analytics and detection engineering, he has led predictive fraud solutions from concept to enterprise-scale production, including predictive check-fraud scoring capabilities adopted across the bank. His work focuses on trustworthy AI for regulated environments, emphasizing calibration, governance, and auditability. He architects agentic AI solutions that combine long-term AI memory, adaptive fraud-strategy optimization, and autonomous delivery platforms with embedded human oversight. He holds two US patents, an MS in Data Science from Northwestern University, and a BS from DigiPen Institute of Technology.
