Desire Banse has over 12 years of experience leading IT projects from inception, design through implementation and operations. He leads Cloud Security, Application Security and overall security posture of the IdeaCrew organization. He has led the security governance, risk management and compliance for several projects at IdeaCrew. He has also led the design and implementation of security controls and processes across the organization. Desire is an expert in cloud and software security. He has been a researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for 10 years, authoring a dozen journal papers and articles. He is responsible for compliance to applicable standards such as MARS-E 2, NIST SP 800 66 – HIPAA, and more at IdeaCrew.
