David Butcher

Dave Butcher has worked in the software industry for over 20 years and has more than a decade of experience in the security space. Currently director of solutions architecture at Axway, Butcher works externally with customers and partners to define and execute security solutions. Internally, he works with sales, marketing and product development to guide the growth of Axway’s security solutions, including secure messaging and secure collaboration. He has been a speaker at over 100 security conferences. He is a senior member of the IEEE Computer Society and has held numerous elected leadership positions within IEEE. Dave also sits on the Puget Sound Engineering Council and holds a Masters in information systems technology from the University of Michigan.
