Dave Baumgartner

Dave Baumgartner is the Vice President for Cyber Security at Target Corporation. At Target, Baumgartner is responsible for Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Defense Operations, CSIRT, and Vulnerability Management for one of the largest retailers in the United States. Prior to Target, he was a Managing Director of Consulting Services at Mandiant, responsible for the firm's strategic consulting business, including strategic program development and SOC/CIRT transformation. Before Mandiant, he was a senior manager in Ernst & Young's information security practice, focused on security operations and risk management. He has also worked at Best Buy and KPMG in various security and IT roles.
