Dave Asprey

In his role as VP Cloud Security, Mr. Asprey helps to shape the company’s cloud strategy, participating in cloud security organizations. Prior to joining Trend Micro, Asprey was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Trinity Ventures. Previously, he was VP Technology and Business and Corporate Development at Blue Coat Systems. He also served as VP of Marketing and Technology Strategy at UK-based Zeus Technology. He also held senior management positions at Speedera Networks (now Akamai); Exodus Communications (now Savvis); and University of California at Santa Cruz. Asprey holds degrees in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
