David Cooper brings extensive experience in combating transnational organized crime having joined UK government service in 2003. He offers a unique international perspective after representing various UK agencies overseas in India, China, the Philippines, and now the United States. Currently based at the British Embassy in Washington, DC, David leads the UK National Crime Agency’s efforts to improve cross-border collaboration between the UK, US, and Canada on financial crimes.
