As Senior Director, Global Policy at Palo Alto Networks, Danielle Kriz engages with governments around the world on public policy issues, including 5G security. Kriz previously was Director for Global Cybersecurity Policy at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), a Washington, DC-based trade association representing the world’s largest technology companies, and worked in Silicon Valley consulting on government affairs strategies for high-tech and clean-tech firms. She began her career with 10 years in the US government, working on high-tech trade policies and spearheading the government’s work on cybersecurity as it intersects with international trade. She has engaged on government cybersecurity policies around the world including in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
