Curt Wood serves as the Cabinet Secretary and Commonwealth’s Chief Information Officer, overseeing the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS), whose mission is to provide leadership, innovation, and oversight to state agencies in the secure delivery and management of quality digital services to the residents, businesses, and visitors to the Commonwealth. In this role, Secretary Wood also oversees cybersecurity strategy and operations for the Commonwealth’s executive branch and the agencies and customers that use or depend on EOTSS services. Prior to leading EOTSS, Secretary Wood served in a senior executive role with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) as the Undersecretary for Forensic Science and Technology, and CIO.
