Courtney Lang

Vice President of Policy, Information Technology Industry Council

Courtney Lang serves as Vice President of Policy on the Trust, Data, and Technology team, where she manages ITI's global cyber policy portfolio and ITI's global AI policy advocacy endeavors. Prior to joining ITI, Courtney worked at the US Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration (ITA), where she worked to understand the priorities of US technology companies and helped them to overcome trade barriers in markets overseas. Her areas of focus included mobile and wireless communications (including 5G), cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things. Courtney holds an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a BA in Political Science from Duke University.
