Associate Director, Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative
Clayton Romans is Associate Director of the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC), a public-private cyber defense partnership within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). JCDC was established in 2021 to reduce cyber risk, share information more efficiently, and meet federal mandates for unifying cyber defense operations. As head of JCDC, Clayton leads operational collaboration across hundreds of public and private sector partners, here and abroad, focused on the information technology, operational technology, communications, energy, and financial industries. Clayton’s work is as critical as it gets in the 21st century: uniting the global cyber community in defense of cyberspace and ensuring malicious attacks do not disrupt America’s critical infrastructure.
