Claudia Johnson

She has more than 20 years of experience over three continents spanning cloud security, Internet technologies, information technology, and telecommunications; with this background, Dr Johnson has a well-rounded foundation to pursue her current passion, information security. With a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a master’s and doctorate in atmospheric sciences, she is a true cloud specialist. Her professional experiences include sales engineer, helping customers better understand how a security product works, network designer for mobile core networks, software engineer authoring requirement specifications, as well as designing and implementing code. She is an active member of the European security community, a panel member of a local security conference (bsidesmunich.org) and holds a CISSP credential. She blogs regularly on security. She is an active member of ISACA and values the networking, knowledge sharing and ability to publish her work.
