Chuck McAuley is a Principal Security Researcher at the Application and Threat Intelligence Program at Ixia. McAuley is responsible for gathering actionable application and security intelligence for Ixia products. Previously, McAuley has more than 15 years of experience working in the field of computer and network security for BreakingPoint, Spirent Communications and Imperfect Networks. McAuley’s interest and experience covers a wide range of appeal, from abusing network protocols, studying malware, to developing novel new attack methods and evasions. He likes to disseminate this knowledge any chance he gets through his own unique style.
