Christine Klema

Christine Klema leads the Talent & Organizational Management team within the Security & Resiliency Organization at Dell Technologies. In this role, Christine is responsible for SRO headcount planning and execution, university recruiting and relationships, team member career development and morale, and the Executive Administration team. Christine has been with Dell Technologies for 10 years and served in several roles including Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Program Operations supporting the Storage Engineering team and most recently leading the Talent & Organizational Management team. Prior to joining Dell, Christine worked with Telvent DTN in Human Resources, ePredix in Hiring & Training, and Mayo Clinic in Accounting.
