Chris Todorov leads Meridian’s enterprise fraud and corporate security strategy and operations. With 12+ years of experience in fraud, he is passionate about engaging individuals, institutions, and government stakeholders to fight financial crime. He began on the front line before helping build Meridian’s fraud program into a mature enterprise function that spans prevention, detection, investigation, governance, oversight, and Member education. He engages closely with Canada’s evolving regulatory landscape, including government, industry, and regulatory partners. A strong advocate for cross-sector collaboration, he champions coordinated, intelligence-led scam and fraud defense that protects consumers while maintaining trust, privacy, and customer experience.
