As the Federal Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Deputy National Cyber Director for Federal Cybersecurity, Chris DeRusha maintains oversight and accountability of cybersecurity efforts across the federal enterprise. Previously, he was the CISO for the Biden-Harris campaign and served as the Chief Security Officer for the State of Michigan. Chris has extensive experience managing cybersecurity and critical infrastructure programs and operations both in the public and private sectors. He led Ford Motor Company's Enterprise Vulnerability Management program and has over a decade of federal government experience.
