Cheri McGuire

Cheri McGuire is a technology and cyber security leader with over 30 years in strategy, policy and operations across the financial, technology, consulting and government sectors. She currently serves as CTO at SWIFT, a member-owned cooperative providing secure financial messaging services and products that connect more than 11,000 financial organizations globally. She also is a non-resident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and is on the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Cyber Advisory Panel. From 2016-19, she was Group CISO at Standard Chartered Bank in London, and has held senior roles at DHS, Microsoft and Symantec. Previously she was on the Board of Directors for Entrust, and Advisory Boards for Tenable, Garrison, X-Analytics, and Security Scorecard.
