Chad Woolf

Chad Woolf leads the global compliance program at Amazon Web Services. Woolf built and manages all world-wide risk management, security assurance, privacy, audit and attestation, legal risk, contract compliance, control automation and monitoring functions for AWS. His efforts focus on building customer trust and enabling enterprise and government adoption of cloud computing, by supporting integration of the AWS environment into customers’ risk and control frameworks. Prior to joining AWS, he was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, a global accounting and consulting firm. In his 12 years with E&Y, he worked directly with several Fortune 100 companies in a wide range of IT process, security, risk and compliance initiatives.
