Catherine serves as Director, Scam Fraud Strategy at RBC, steering the organization’s efforts to address the growing threat of consumer-targeted fraud. She drives cross-functional teams to deploy innovative solutions that reduce the financial and social harm from scams for Canadians. With over 20 years in the financial industry, Catherine has held diverse roles spanning fraud operations, transformation, and strategy. In her previous position leading Channel Authentication for Fraud Management, she played a key role in shaping RBC’s MFA strategy. Dedicated to safeguarding clients and empowering communities, Catherine is passionate about driving meaningful change, both professionally and through volunteering with local organizations in the GTA.
