Carrie Patrick

Carrie Patrick is a Sr. Organizational Development Strategist in Dell’s Security & Resiliency Organization. She heads their Leadership Development Program and works with teams and individuals on social and emotional intelligence skills. She’s an Organizational Psychologist, and uses both neuroscience and somatic research to change behavior. In short, she helps teams and their leaders lead with their humanity.
