Carla “CJ” Utter has experience as a practicing attorney (licensed in New York State, D.C., and Registered In-House Counsel in California) as well as a privacy and information technology professional. She has a Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, Masters in Information Assurance from University of Maryland University College, Bachelors in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, and Associates in Computer Forensics from Hagerstown Community College, and is a current holder of her CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CAP, Security+ and Network+ certifications. Lastly, she has authored five cyber security and forensics papers that were published by academic journals.
