Caleb Barlow

Caleb Barlow is President and CEO of CynergisTek, a security services company with a heavy focus on healthcare and government. Prior to CynergisTek, Barlow led the IBM X-Force Threat Intelligence organization and built X-Force Command, which is part of a $200M investment in global incident response services, the industry’s first immersive cyber range, and a command system for responding to major cyber incidents. In 2018, Barlow invented the Cyber Tactical Operations Center, a first-of-its-kind security operations center on wheels. Barlow has appeared on the TED stage, Today, and in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times and is a regular contributor to The CyberWire. He also testified on security-related concerns before US Congress and the United Nations.
