Caitlin McGaw

As the Founder/CEO of Candor McGaw Inc., Caitlin McGaw manages an executive search practice that specializes in IT audit, audit data analytics, GRC, and cybersecurity. As a career coach, she works with professionals to successfully achieve their career goals, manage their careers and personal brand, and create overall career sustainability. McGaw has been a presenter for the IIA, ISACA, MISTI, and FMI – The Food Industry Association. Prior to founding Candor McGaw, she was the Executive Director of a leading audit and GRC search firm. Early career experience includes working at Apple and in PR for tech startup companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. McGaw has an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
