Brian Witten

Brian Witten has over 20 years of experience building security into a wide scope of products ranging from spacecraft to consumer electronics, critical infrastructure and other systems now used in banks, hospitals and factories. As Product Security Officer at United Technologies Corp., Witten leads the product cybersecurity engineering discipline across the UTC engineering community in addition to directing the Product Cyber Center of Expertise, which focuses on threat intelligence, methods and tools and vulnerability assessment. Prior to joining UTC, Witten worked at Symantec, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and served as an officer in the US Air Force.
