Brian Engle

Brian Engle serves as the Executive Director of the Retail Cyber Intelligence Sharing Center (R-CISC), leading the organization from its inception to current state as the trusted resource for cybersecurity information sharing and intelligence for risk and fraud mitigation. Prior to joining R-CISC, he was the Chief Information Security Officer at the State of Texas, protecting critical infrastructure and sensitive information. He also held the position of Texas Cybersecurity Coordinator, where he was responsible for developing strategies to create an enduring cybersecurity culture. Engle is a results-oriented executive and leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in information security and information technology.
