Brian Biesecker

Brian Biesecker, Esri’s Technical Director for the Intelligence Community, is responsible for synchronizing the company’s efforts across IC Agencies, with a focus on the implementation of Esri’s technology in the IC Information Technology Enterprise(IC ITE). Prior to joining Esri, he spent 30+ years at the NSA, where he stood up and led the NSA GeoCell to provide significant capabilities for US and Coalition operations in Afghanistan, Iraq and the Global War on Terrorism. He was also in Analysis, as the Technical Director of the Analysis and Production Directorate and the Technical Director of the Technology Directorate. He was a senior executive professionalized in Traffic Analysis, a Master in the Intelligence Analysis Technical Track and the recipient of a Presidential Rank Award.
