Brian Stafford

Brian Stafford is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Diligent, the leading governance, risk, and compliance SaaS company. Since joining Diligent in 2015, Brian has been crucial in growing the company’s revenue more than six times, from $100 million to more than $600 million, while scaling its offerings from board management to governance to ESG. Prior to joining Diligent, he served as a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he founded and led its Growth Stage Tech Practice. Brian holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in science from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Brian lives in New York City with his wife and their children.
