Brian Levine leads a team of 30 cybersecurity and data privacy experts at EY Parthenon. Prior to joining EY, Levine spent seven years as a prosecutor in the US Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) in Washington, DC. During that time, Levine also spent five years as the National Coordinator for all 300 federal prosecutors focused on cybercrime and IP crime. Prior to joining the DOJ, Levine served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Internet and Technology Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s Office. Levine also served for 10 years as a civil litigator with AmLaw100 law firms. Levine has clerked for federal district and circuit court judges. He graduated summa cum laude from U.Penn and got his JD magna cum laude from NYU Law.
