Brett Kreider

Mr. Kreider earned a BS in EE from MIT and an MS in EE from the University of MD. He has been providing innovative IT solutions in the areas of security continuous monitoring, security operations, security architecture, enterprise architecture, network engineering, and business continuity. Brett leads MITRE’s support of the CMS SOC and Continuous Monitoring Program. He authored strategic proposals to redefine CMS’ SOC CONOPS, establish a continuous monitoring enterprise results/risk scoring framework, and expand CMS’ enterprise SOC to monitor 38 contractors operating nearly 200 datacenters. Prior to MITRE, Brett supported DHS, helping FEMA build the Disaster Assistance web portal, and helping TSA build their information security office as both a contractor and federal employee.
