Brett Miller

Brett Miller is a principal architect at Google supporting CMS, Department of Energy, FDA, HHS and the Intelligence Community. Miller was the chief architect for the Google Cloud NIST 800-53 ATO Accelerator. Before joining Google, he was the chief technology officer (CTO/CIO) for Highmetric and built the first multi-cloud Governance@scale professional services practice within the industry. From 2013-2018, Miller was the program manager for the AWS Compliance Quick Starts and Governance@Scale at Amazon Web Services. Before AWS, Miller spent 14 years as a mission developer, network and security engineer and a cloud security SME. Before starting his professional career, he served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1992-1997.
