Brent Whittington is a 25-year veteran of the industry with depth of experience in fraud and cyber risk management built on a foundation of enterprise technology process, delivery, and operational excellence. As the Head of Enterprise Fraud and Fusion at Ally Financial, he built and operated ground-up Fraud Management and Credible Challenge programs and strategies inclusive of all aspects of Policy, Procedure, Intelligence, Threat Management, Prevention, Detection, Investigations, and Loss Prevention across multiple core business lines. In this role, Brent also successfully introduced behavioral biometric machine learning for fraud detection and built and executed the company’s Cyber Fraud Fusion strategy.
