Boyd Fletcher

Boyd Fletcher is the technical director for cross domain solution technology research and development in NSA's Information Assurance Directorate. Boyd Fletcher has been designing and building cross domain solutions and advanced filtering systems for the past ten years, first at SPAWAR and since 2009 at NSA. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.
