Blair Canavan

Blair has 30+ years of cybersecurity sales, marketing, and business development experience starting as Symantec’s 1st Canadian employee. Blair expanded his cybersecurity and cryptographic expertise with several start-ups including Chrysalis-ITS (Thales), Titus, InfoSec Global, Crypto4A and since September 2019, was recruited back to Thales’ Global Technology Alliances team, inclusive of the Quantum Cryptography portfolio. He is an avid presenter, start-up consultant and IT industry contributor. Blair holds an Hons.BA from the University of Waterloo, and Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario, Canada.
