Cyber Security Engineer, Mitre/NCCoE
Blaine Mulugeta is a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at the MITRE Corporation and supports the Mitigating IoT-Based DDoS project at NIST’s National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence as a technical contributor. She has been working as a cybersecurity engineer for three years supporting NIST’s National Cyber Security of Excellence on a variety of projects. Mulugeta was introduced to IoT upon her start at MITRE and has been pursuing projects related to IoT ever since. She currently holds a BS in computer science, with a focus in cybersecurity, from Towson University, with plans to pursue an advanced degree in cybersecurity engineering.
