Benjamin Di Marco

Ben is a cyber insurance, incident response, data privacy, and cyber loss quantification expert. He has over 14 years of experience as an admitted solicitor and has provided advice to domestic and international organisations covering cyber event triage, third party disputes, data governance, privacy regulations, executive awareness and information system risk management. He regularly conducts client workshops which include scenario tabletops, executive awareness, insurance alignment, applied case studies and consensus-based action plans. Ben is a guest lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology, the national Governance and Cyber Risk lead at the Australian Society of Computers and Law and a member of the Queensland Law Society data and privacy law committee.
