Arynn Crow

Arynn Crow is a Manager of Product Management, User Authentication with AWS. In her 9+ years at Amazon, Crow experienced Amazon and Identity from the ground-up, starting as a seasonal customer call center worker and eventually leading cross-cutting interoperability and security programs. She founded and led a group responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of identity services that secure customer relationship tooling, spanning hundreds of thousands of workforce users as well as tens of millions of retail customer interactions every year. She has driven a wide range of efforts from GDPR response, FIDO2 and MFA adoption at scale, extensive RBAC restructuring, and the development of innovative new services to perform in-call center authentication for customers.
