A serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of information technology and cybersecurity management and executive experience. A lifelong learner and leader responsible for leading election security, critical infrastructure and control systems cybersecurity portfolios. Armando also leads the marketing and technology outreach for the Maryland Innovation and Security Institute (MISI), the MISI Academy, a 501c3 premier cyber skills and mentoring organization serving K-12, college students with a key focus on closing the gap in cybersecurity education diversity.
