Arik Kleinstein has spent over 25 years identifying, funding, and scaling innovative technology companies. As Co-Founder of Glilot Capital, he leverages his deep experience from the early days of Israel’s startup ecosystem to drive investment decisions and provide hands-on support to portfolio companies. One of the early investors in cybersecurity, he has been involved in more than 40 investments in early-stage enterprise software companies, with 19 Glilot-backed companies successfully acquired since the fund’s inception. Arik began his career as an Officer and Engineer in an elite IDF technology unit. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University
