Anton Shingarev

Anton Shingarev is responsible for Kaspersky’s global public policy engagements, including cooperation and communications with government agencies, international organizations and law enforcement. He graduated from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow with a BA in political management and public relations in 2007. Shingarev holds an MA in media management with merit from Westminster University in London.
