Anton Demokhin

Anton Demokhin is Deputy Foreign Minister, Chief Digital Transformation Officer, for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University and an MSc in International Business Management from Kyiv National University of Economics. With 15+ years experience, he specializes in business development and technology, having implemented information systems in corporations and state institutions globally. In 2005-2010, he served in various roles at JSC "IVK," contributing to the development of public key infrastructure in Ukraine. In 2012-2022, he was an Executive Partner at "DEKOM UKRAINE" LLC, focusing on audiovisual technologies and infrastructure solutions. In 2022 he assumed his current position, spearheading digital transformation efforts.
