Sr. Advisor for Cybersecurity, Risk and Resilience, General Services Administration
Angela Smith serves as the Sr. Advisor for Cybersecurity, Risk, and Resilience within GSA's Office of Mission Assurance. She has nearly twenty years of Federal service and broad experience and capabilities across a spectrum of areas spanning IT, cybersecurity, shared services, acquisition, geospatial, and cloud computing. She is leading the development and execution of a GSA-wide cyber-supply chain risk management program and participates in numerous cross-Government efforts which are driving forward actions to strengthen Cybersecurity policies and practices, with an emphasis on improving cybersecurity protections through acquisitions. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in IT policy from George Mason University and is a veteran of the Air Force.
