Andrew Brandt

Andrew Brandt works as the Director of Threat Research for Blue Coat Systems' Advanced Threat Protection group. He develops tools and techniques analysts use to detect novel and dangerous malicious network traffic. Prior to joining Solera Networks (a Blue Coat company), Brandt was a lead threat research analyst for Webroot. He also has more than a decade of journalism experience covering security news and trends as an editor at PC World.
