A frequent speaker, writer, and standards developer, Andrew Bochman provides guidance to senior US and international government and industry leaders on energy sector security challenges and candidate solution approaches. A critical infrastructure cybersecurity SME listed with the US State Department Speakers Bureau, Bochman is currently researching a book on applying engineering fundamentals to critical infrastructure cyber-challenges. His most recent publications include “Supply Chain in the Software Era” (Atlantic Council) and “The End of Cybersecurity” (HBR). Prior to joining INL, he was the Global Energy Security Lead at IBM and a Senior Advisor at the Chertoff Group in Washington, DC. Bochman received a BS degree from the US Air Force Academy and an MA from Harvard University.
