Andrew Sczygielski is the Supervisory Special Agent of the Cyber Task Force in the FBI Detroit Field Office. With over 14 years in the FBI, Andrew has led investigations as a member of Cyber, Organized Crime, and Counterterrorism squads. In 2021, Andrew transferred to FBI HQ to serve as a Program Manager in the Money Laundering Unit, helping to stand up the Virtual Assets Unit. In 2023, Andrew temporarily served as a Cyber Assistant Legal Attaché in Poland. Prior to the FBI, Andrew was a process engineer in the manufacturing industry. He holds a Master’s of Public Administration degree with a focus on Cyber Policy, a Juris Doctor degree, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Cyber Field Instructor and participates in Michigan’s Cyber Patriot Program.
