André Luiz Bandeira Molina serves as the Secretary of Information Security and Cybersecurity at the Office of Institutional Security of the Presidency of the Republic. With over 21 years of experience in the field, he has held key positions at the Brazilian Government, like Federal Senate, the Office of the Comptroller General, and the Aeronautics Computing Center in Brasília. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering, two Master's degrees in Cybersecurity and Telecommunications, and a specialization in Cryptography. He is also certified by ISC2 as a CISSP and Cybersecurity (CC).
