Andraleigh Rodini
Civil Liberties and Privacy Officer, Department of Energy
Andraleigh “Andy” Rodini has served as DOE-IN’s Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Professional Integrity Officer since March 2019. In this capacity, Andy provides advice and guidance to personnel across the DOE-IN complex on a myriad of issues involving civil liberties and privacy, and is responsible for DOE’s Intelligence Oversight Program. Andy also serves as DOE-IN’s Analytic Ombuds and is a member of the DOE Classified Institutional Review Board for Human Subjects Research. Andy graduated cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (JD). She also has a BA from Allegheny College in philosophy and political science and a Graduate Certificate in cybersecurity law and policy from IU’s Mauerer School of Law.
