Anand Shah

Anand Shah is an Assistant General Counsel at KPMG LLP, based in Washington, DC. He advises the firm on cybersecurity, privacy, information governance, and digital transformation issues. Shah previously counseled clients, across industries, on a variety of data matters while in private practice and prosecuted cybercrimes while at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Shah received his JD from the Emory University School of Law and BA from The George Washington University. While in law school, he assisted the Group of Experts for the Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare.
